Before you place your order, you can view the contents and the total amount in your shopping basket. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified.
If you would like to cancel your order, most orders can be canceled up to an hour after being placed. To check the status of an order, check the link in your order confirmation email.
When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email.
The email will contain shipment details, your tracking number, and a link to the selected carrier site. To track the order, click on the tracking number in the email.
If you are having any issues, you can contact us any time and we will assist you.
Most orders received before 12PM PST are processed during the same business day. Orders received after 12PM will be processed next business day.
Please note: we will ensure the order is packed, labeled, and ready to ship. However, there are known instances where the carrier is unable to pick up on time, which can cause a delay of one business day.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
In addition to our standard shipping, we order priority 1-2 day shipping to all orders from United States, for $9.95.
Depending on the carrier, your order may arrive on a weekend.
Yes! We can ship your skincare worldwide. Currently, we offer free worldwide shipping with every order.
Unfortunately, we do not offer priority / expedited shipping options internationally at this time.
Yes! You can use both our standard and priority shipping for orders to Puerto Rico, Hawaii & Alaska.
As with all our domestic orders, any order has FREE standard delivery.
We offer our standard domestic shipping methods to all military addresses. However, due to military handling time, delivery to some destinations may take up to 21 days.
Shipping is FREE with every order.
We are unable to ship to multiple addresses in a single order. To ship to multiple addresses, we recommend placing a separate order for each address.
All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Based on the shipping method selected at checkout, if the order is placed after the cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day.
Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on weekends or the following US holidays:
